Emerald Bay provides maintenance service across the spectrum of property types i.e. owner occupied residences, commercial properties and manufacturing facilities. We are able to support individuals and organisation with either preventative maintenance or an emergency service. No maintenance project is too small. Everything from repairing a door handle or a dripping tap to repairing a roof, wall or floor to painting and decorating is within our capabilities. We aim to complete any maintenance job to the same high standards of workmanship we deliver for our construction projects.
