Dominic Jude – Managing Director
Dominic is the founder and Managing Director of the company. He embarked on a career in the construction industry on leaving school and serving an apprenticeship in building construction. He decided to set up his own construction company in 1997 and initially he positioned it as a provider of construction and building maintenance services for manufacturing companies in and around the Warrington. Some early clients were Clariant, Fisherman’s Friends and Peel Holdings.
As the firm became established, he expanded into residential and commercial property construction as well as providing maintenance services for manufacturing companies through-out the North West. Dominic’s primary focus now is on setting the overall direction of the business and developing its client base.
Learie Attzs – Chief Operating Officer
Learie started working for the company in August 2008 as a consultant and subsequently took up the position of Chief Operating Officer for Emerald Bay and related companies in July 2009. His focused is on assisting the Managing Director in defining the strategic direction of the company, strategy execution and overall day to day operational management.
He brings to the team significant experience in Project Management and Supply Chain obtained in blue chip FMCG companies. He has an MSc in Procurement Management from the University of Strathclyde Business School and is also a Chartered Mechanical Engineer. Learie is also a Council member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.
