Our History
Emerald Bay Ltd is a Warrington based company which was founded in 1997 by Dominic Jude who decided to form a company based on his expertise in building construction and maintenance, and provide these services to public and private sector organisations in the North West of England.
At Emerald Bay we pride ourselves on our reputation for responsiveness, quality workmanship and value for money, and have created long-term relationships providing construction and maintenance services for a diverse client base.
The construction arm of the company has worked on many commercial and residential developments meeting the demands of a diverse customer base; from good quality standard finishes to high-end bespoke luxury designs. We aim to deliver an exceptional customer service to our clients underpinned by the development of long-term relationships.
Our core belief is that people make the difference and special attention is placed on ensuring our management team, employees and suppliers have the capabilities to consistently deliver a high quality service for our customers.
