Emerald Bay is a multi-disciplined construction, civil engineering, refurbishment and maintenance contractor, operating from our offices located in Warrington in the heart of the North West of England.
Since the formation of the company over 10 years ago, we have worked hard
with a number of key clients to develop a reputation for Quality, professionalism,
innovation, commitment and value for money. We take the utmost pride in the fact that
a large proportion of our business is through existing contacts and that our clients
continue to utilise our services again and again.
Much of our work is in the Northwest of England, with sites spanning from
Liverpool across to West Yorkshire and up to Fleet wood near Blackpool. We also
operate in North Wales and have a full time presence in the Flintshire area. We
have however undertaken projects, for key clients, in Trusham, South Devon and
also within the Royal Borough of Kensington in the centre of London.
We pride ourselves on being to offer our clients an individual service,
understanding the needs and demands of their particular business and adapting
our works to suit. This has led the company, and more importantly its operatives,
to work within Petrochemical and Pharmaceutical environments amongst others.
We undertake all our projects, regardless of size, with an aim to minimise
disruption to the client and their business as much as possible and to provide
flexible and innovative solutions to a vast degree of projects from small scale
maintenance works to £2 million new build developments.
